In his desire to document practices of collective use and adaptation of the space, the artist filmed this piece about the action to migrate in order to survive, in June of 2005, in the square Villemin, in front of the Gare de l'est in Paris, where migrants in transit from Afghanistan keep their personal belongings in the tops of the trees. From the use of the tilt-up as a resource for the construction of the image, the video presents systematically every tree of the square, starting from the base of each trunk, at the level of the ground, and slowly climbing up to intercept, in the cup, the bundles of personal belongings. Visually the trunks of the trees the two connected parallel realities, and of the French society and the migrants. The spelling error in the title is intentional and makes a play on words between the physical place where it occurs the situation and not let go.
