Learning a language is a social process and the best way to do so is in direct contact with people who use it. However, in order to progress, the learning process always takes effort and practice a personal, individual, committed and methodical. In this regard, the artist published his first book “Practical Single”, designed by Grace Fernandez, in collaboration with Editions Popolet. Inspired by the books made by Ed Ruscha in the 70's, this presents a series of photographs in black-and-white sign in Lcsh, perforated by the artist, and I photographed them from their own point of view. To express his movement, some are animated with the technique of the flip-book and other (arrows). America was in that book, there are also others such as Study, Agreement, and Together (in American Sign Language) that are part of the project even when they were not included in the book.
