On the wall, the artist draws a fragment of an uprising official, 1985, the river Lontué, indicating the birth, extent and ramifications of the Canal The Poor of Pichingal, adding further modifications based on their observations in the field. This map adds a schema, hand-drawn by the father of the artist at the same time, indicating the network of channels that guide the water through the plot of family land. The work implements a network of irrigation canals in the infrastructure architecture of the museum, giving visibility to these practices and infrastructures generally unknown, even when vital. The choice of the coal of fire, as a drawing material of this map, is indicative of the river as public space and material witness to their use.
